Possessing 34 years of professional experience, Phil has held numerous roles in information technology, project & formal management and process improvement. In his early career he worked as an application developer, performing development work on numerous technology platforms including client-server, mid-range, web and telephony. He has served as adjunct faculty in IT and Project Management at Central Virginia Community College for the last 21 years. He is both a Certified Six Sigma Professional and Project Management Professional (PMP). Phil possesses a Bachelors of Science degree in Management Science (Now Business Information Technology) from Virginia Tech and a Masters degree in Administration (concentrating in Personnel Management) from The University of Lynchburg. Phil has been married for 25 years to his wife Martha and is the proud father of two sons, Noah and Christian.
